Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas of the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate, and tone the body. Massage therapy does much more than create a pleasant sensation on the skin, it also works on the soft tissues (the muscles, tendons, and ligaments) to improve muscle tone. Although it largely affects those muscles just under the skin, its benefits may also reach the deeper layers of muscle and possibly even the organs themselves. Massage also stimulates blood circulation and assists the lymphatic system (which runs parallel to the circulatory system), improving the elimination of waste throughout the body.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet corresponding to all glands, organs, and systems of the body. Reflexology therefore is a complementary therapy which works on the feet (hands too) to benefit the whole person not just prevailing symptoms. Reflexologists therefore use a series of pressure techniques to stimulate specific reflex areas on the feet and hands with the intention of invoking a beneficial response in other parts of the body.

Reiki

Reiki is Universal Life-giving Energy and can be used for all purposes, conditions and situations. It can be safely used at any time, in any place and for any purpose. Reiki energy balances and harmonizes. If there is too much energy in an area, or if there is not enough, the area is out of balance and when there is imbalance, there is potential for illness. In a balanced state, the individual has the potential for self-healing.

Iridology/Sclerology

Iridology is the study of the iris, or colored part of the eye. Its overall apperaance, plus specific fiber arrangement and pigment details reveal an incredible amount of information about you in a non-invasive manner.

While iridology or iris analysis is useful to determine what you've inherited for strengths and weakness, sclerology, the study of the whites of the eyes, reveals where there are current congestions. Put both analyses together and you have some very potent information about your health.

How it is done: We take pictures of your eyes then bring those pictures up onto the computer screen so we can look at them together. We then have a conversation about just what the eyes are telling us as it correlates to the story about your health and the health of your parents, grandparents, and siblings.

Ear Candling / Coning

Ear candling involves the buring of a long hollow tube as it rests in your ear. This ancient technique has been shown to be beneficial for some people in that it may provide relief from sinus pressure, cleaning of the ear canal, relief from ringing in the ear, headaches, and improved hearing. It may also cleanse auric bodies, provide energy release, and help with swimmer's ear and other ear infections.

Naturopathic Consultations

A naturopathic doctor is trained in the many natural approaches to health. He considers the whole person when suggesting natural and holistic ways to maintain or regain health.

Our naturopath Paul also has a master's degree in chemistry and is a trained and active emergency medical technician (EMT). He will meet with you and help you establish a program that will improve your health....naturally.

Chakra Balancing and Frequency Awareness

Nicole offers a variety of sessions designed to balance your energies.

Natural Frequency Sessions are 30 minute sessions where raw natural frequency is given to the client through a frequency generator, clearing and bringing the body back into health and vitality.  There are no side effects to these sessions, and the frequencies do not cause electrical shock.  The session is a pleasant experience and allows one to feel first-hand how frequency affects the body!   Session offered are Chakra Balancing, Dental Detox, Body Detox, Meridian Line Clearings.  The introductory price for these sessions is $30.   For more details about the sessions and frequency generator technology Click Here

SoulNote Sessions are one hour customized sessions where your unique frequency  is recorded and placed on a CD.  No two people on earth have the same SoulNote.  This is truly a personalized beautiful session where you get to experience your own essence! The cost is $90.

Rather than allowing yourself to get off balance with the stresses of everyday life, or identifying with your ego and its problems, you can repeat your own Soul’s note and vibrate at the frequency of your Soul’s essence.  Since the Soul knows only bliss, joy and euphoria, you can tap into this true reality simply by humming your note!  The first frequency on your CD contains your SoulNote. It is important to learn and to hum it. You can use headphones for this specific note ONLY. The next frequency is the nurturing or supporting note. The third frequency will be the higher octave. Doubling your SoulNote frequency raises your vibration, by connecting with your higher chakras to bring in your Higher Self. Some people have commented that this is heaven! It is also useful for times when we feel upset. It's always important to express our emotions as they arise rather than repressing them. So if you are angry express it, but be sure you express it in a way that doesn't harm yourself or others. Then know that you are not that feeling. At those times it is easy to forget who we really are, and identify with our problems. When we do this, joy is no longer present because we are in our brain, and express lower emotions of anger, jealousy, and judgment.
