Experiencing the Mesa: Creating Sacred Space for Healing

The word “mesa” generally means table or “like a table”. In some parts of the world it has been defined as an altar – a table-like form that can be used to do healing work. Sacred Space is a place / form where healing work can occur.

The use of a mesa has no connection to religion or specific groups. It is a way of giving form to the spiritual aspects of ourselves and the Divine (however you define that for yourself). It crosses cultures and has been in use for thousands of years.

Join us to see how a mesa is created and learn how a method called “holding space” can be used for healing.

Energy Kinesiology: A conversation with your body

Energy Kinesiology can be defined as “the study and application of the movement of energy within living systems.”

In today’s world of stress, multitasking and chaos, we often get distracted and get caught up in it in such a way that causes us discomfort and illness. We tend to forget the “wisdom” our bodies have if we would only listen.

Energy Kinesiology can access that “wisdom” and help transform physical symptoms, emotions and belief systems, learning and performance systems to a place of balance.

When healing needs to take place, accessing the body’s intelligence via muscle indicators is a natural and noninvasive method of providing the body with what it needs. This two-session class will show you how kinesiology works as a nice partner to other modalities.

Ear Coning Certification Workshop!

Ear coning/candling is a safe, simple, natural way to remove excess wax and debris from inside the ears. Long tapered candles are inserted gently into the ears, then lit. The candle creates a slight vacuum effect, oxidizing, vaporizing and drawing softened wax and debris from the ears and providing a soothing, warm, healing environment. This is a very gentle and non- invasive process. This workshop covers the basic ways of using a pendulum. How to charge up, clear, and make your own pendulum out of a crystal and shell with stone embellishments.
